The tools below may help you to save your computer from viruses or malwares:

• Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool - http://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/malware-removal.aspx 
• Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware - www.malwarebytes.org
• Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool - http://www.kaspersky.com/antivirus-removal-tool?form=1 or http://devbuilds.kaspersky-labs.com/devbuilds/AVPTool/avptool11/

If the tools above are not able to kill the viruses or malwares, I will use Microsoft Sysinternals suites to do the manual check.

You may also try some other helpful tools such as Spybot or HijackThis.
